Imagine spending a day and night in a treehouse in the middle of nowhere! where you can't have a phone signal! all what you have is candles, naturral sounds, and fresh air... this was the place where I stayed in Tulum, wow I always wanted to stay in a treehouse as I used to see in the movies and cartoons, and it was exactly as I imagined. I was able to unleash my imagination and think clearly about my new move to Mexico.

We booked the tree house fom AirBnb here, and all what we had is the map to the main road and after that we got a WhatsApp message with a drawing map that we started following and analyze to reach our final destination. I really felt like we are in a movie, we were following the arrows and the small signs "you will find a blue arrow in a big tree, so you need to follow" and finally we arrived at 4:30 pm.

The host was waiting us there, they opened the secret door for us and we entred  the magical jungle, all what I was able to hear is the sound of the water from the small fountine, our steps on the dry leaves, and the mokeys.

The host took us in a quick tour in the place to tell us how we must interact with the eco friendly treehouse, and after we said GOODBYE to sart the adventure.

Now it's almost 7:00 pm and the sun almost gone and we started seeing the dusk and hearing the animals' sounds. We lighted the candles around the treehouse, we played Billie Eilish and we started preparing the dinner outside the house.

TIPS when you are visiting a treehouse 👇

💡 Always take with you the mosquitos 🦟 spray.

💡 Always take with you extra food in case you felt hungry in the middle of the night.

💡 Take a light source with you in case you wanted to explore the jungle at night.

💡 Take a camera with you or make sure your phone is fully charged, beileve me the experience deserves to be documented.

💡 Bring board-games or cards with you, since the place is lack of the phone signal so in case you wanted to have fun at night if you weren’t able to sleep.

💡 Bring a scarf with you in case you waned to explore the jungle while it's raining or i case you felt cold at night.
